The basic price covers all costs for rent, utilities, air conditioning, electricity, internet connection, equipment and furnishing, maintenance and community management. Additional costs may be added by booking additional services such as excursions, printing, meeting rooms and the use of catering facilities.

Once all keys have been returned and all invoices have been paid, the deposit will be paid in cash.

Unfortunately this is not possible, but you are welcome to drop by for a cup of coffee and have a look around.

Telephoning is allowed in the coworking. If telephoning is an essential part of your job, we recommend that you book a separate office in the space.

Yes, there are different models for different needs. From your own line to a modern Voice-over-IP solution, a lot is possible. We will be happy to advise you individually. It might be handeled differently in different locations.

You get your own mailbox in our mailbox system as long as you have booked accommodation with us. The indication c/o is necessary. There is no forwarding service. You are responsible for emptying your mailbox.

Yes, if you have booked accommodation with us. The parcels must be within the scope of normal parcel post.

Our offices and accommodation are available 24/7. You are not limited in your time of use. The coworking space is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some locations may differ.

Our locations have retreat areas for concentrated work without distractions.

Yes, we kindly ask you to do so. So we can make sure that you find a place. It happens from time to time that we are fully booked. But mostly our coworkers find a nice place to work.

The other coworkers and our friendly employees and the Commminity Manager know their way around and will be happy to help you.

It's easy at the reception desk. There you can also get further equipment.

No. Usually coworkers come with your laptop. For stationary computers you can book a private table.

Sure. Your visitor can always take a free test day. If your visitor is regular, you should also book coworking with us.

Yes, we have professional equipment and we calculate exactly to the page. Billing takes place as part of the monthly invoice.

We are happy to rent accommodation without an office. However, if you have children, please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your child is safe and comfortable. It is your responsibility not to disturb others excessively.

Coworkers can bring dogs after prior arrangement. The prerequisite is that the dog does not impair others and, in particular, that the dog does not behave aggressively towards people. The consent can be withdrawn at your own discretion, especially if other users feel disturbed.

You can choose if you want to work alone or with others. There are three possibilities: Hot Desk - You will share a coworking space in a common office. Dedicated Desk - You will have an own private desk in our shared offices. Private Office - You will have your own lockable office room.
